I should have added: So your guess that some mainstream types may have worked on this has a decent chance of being right, as mainstream knows mainstream. I think pornography has suffered from being so entirely its own thing, in former times more people working in it _could_ have worked in Hollywood but it just never gappened for them, as is the case for most actors, directors, writers, etc., some of whom might have been very good.
Well, the director was Gary Graver, not a major Hollywood cinematographer but respected for his work with and loyalty to Orson Welles—who wouldn't have put-up with someone less than at least very good.
Thats the best looking film Ive ever seen.. the film, color, lighting .. they must have had a bunch of known hollywood guys working on it, making side money
