scramster is 100% right, just because you don't see scars on this video doesn't make them real. You can tell they're fake by the way they move, or more specifically, the way they DON'T move.

To the guy who was looking for insertion marks or scars, the technology has advanced. 10-15 years ago, they always did the incision just below the breast, Now it's more common to cut at the navel or armpit, insert the bag, move it into proper position and then use a tube to fill it with gel or saline solution.
