Now that I am in the second trimester and enjoying less restrictive symptoms, I am eager to get my body moving again! Yoga is a great way to keep the body limber and gently moving. Pilates is a great way to raise the heart rate and keep the body strong. A combination of both is ideal for pregnancy!
